Our recruitment process:
For most of our roles we use the following process (there is some variation for our most senior hiring).
At every interview we’ll make sure that you get the chance to ask us questions, so you’re learning about us just as much as we’re learning about you:
A few other details:
- All our interviews are currently done via Zoom or Google Meet
- We aim to get from initial interview to offer in 2-3 weeks - but if you need to move faster, let us know; if we need to we will always try to accelerate the process.
- Any offer we make will be conditional on Right to Work and other checks and references; we’ll ask you to provide three people we can talk to so we get some additional perspective on you
- Once the checks and references are completed satisfactorily we’ll get your employment contract signed and witnessed (on our side and yours); then the process is complete and you’re all set to join the Uncommon team!
